Exchanges & Returns
Upon receiving your package, please check that the items match your order. If they do not, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are only responsible for the costs of returning the item from your home to the online store. The right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. - returned to the seller in their original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been received in good condition.
